Knowing how much office space you actually need will help narrow down your search for office property.  Properties are all different and have a variety of services / characteristics / benefits that will or won’t suit your business.
 
We can help prepare a SPATIAL FEASIBILITY STUDY early in the planning stage of your office relocation, to help determine your exact square metre requirements.   This helps to evaluate your options between the various properties you are considering .  The most important points to compare when selecting your office space are cost, location/view, size, facilities and current fit-out.

he spatial feasibility assessment identifies for our clients the facilities they should include in their new office design criteria.  This way they go to the market place armed with the right information to discuss their office space requirements with property brokers and land agents.

 
It’s important to think about this early on as it can impact greatly on the amount of space you’ll need to lease, rentals you’ll commit to… Think how this can impact directly on your bottom line.
 

Design Tips to Consider

-  Don't leave it too late to look for premises before your lease expires.
   The design, consent & fit-out process can take up to 4-6 months. 
 
-  Does the building you're considering moving to comply with the 
   current building code? You may be up for the  upgrade cost if
   the landlord doesn't contribute.
 
Get advice on you spatial requirements before you commit to a
   lease (and personal guarantees).  Getting it wrong can be a very
   expensive mistake.
