Pathways Mission and Bible College were forced to relocate premises after their existing landlord tried increasing the rent by 30%.  They found a suitable building to house 50 full time students and 50 part-time students, within their budget.

With the decision to relocate and the next block of classes starting in a few weeks, timing was everything and a daunting task.  We were asked to design Pathways' new offices and project manage their shift.

Principal, Craig Barrow, said we relocated to a very different office layout than the previous one.  With less space to work with, trying to create a comfortable classroom environment for our students and shifting our extensive library was especially challenging."
