A joint purchase meant David could develop his half into offices for his legal practice, while his co-owner could lease the other half. David wanted professional design advice to maximize the space, ensuring all the design criteria were met, providing a space suitable for an expanding law practice plus the ability to surplus lease offices to like-minded companies.
David, said the main challenge was to create useful offices, counter balancing current needs with future ones and a finding a solution that pleased all parties."

“We found Malcolm & Sumner ‘31 key questions’ discussion paper very useful. The questions helped us focus on our circumstance and triggered ideas, jumping off points.
“The design caters for everybody. Space is efficiently utilised and sharing the boardroom and kitchen facilities makes good economic sense.
“The new offices have provided up to date, efficient building services. Our new facility allows us to upgrade our technology much easier now and in the future."
