Utility billing software development company, Agility CIS, had outgrown their existing premises and were looking to increase their staff numbers from 80 to 100.

Agility wanted to take the opportunity to design a better work environment for staff.  Providing flexible wireless solutions meant that staff could work anywhere - in the staff cafeteria, meeting rooms, casual seating areas or at their designated workstations.

The views from Levels 10 & 11 provide stunning city views and an airy, light atmosphere.  Greater space between the individual worksations provide a spacious and open feeling.  Including additional acoustically designed meeting rooms was a priority as was being able to open up the larger boardrooms and staff area to allow a flexible meeting and presentation space.

" Staff are very happy with the new offices.  Especially the views and the designer kitchen and cafeteria - it's the hub of activity all day long.  It's a good friendly atmosphere and it's nice to see it's used the way we intended it.  Meeting rooms are very popular, especially the ones with the low seating for informal meetings.

" By mixing new furniture with some of our existing, we were able to keep costs down.  Clever selections of fabrics, screen & wall panels tied it all together as well as brought in our corporate colours.

"We took the opportunity to revamp our logo.  Our corporate colours and signage were integrated into our overall office design to better reflect our brand. "
