What is involved in organising and project managing an office fit-out?

Some of our clients have never had to organise a fit-out before.  It's usually a costly, disruptive exercise, but if done systematically and managed properly, can provide huge rewards and benefits.

Design Tips to Consider
-  Does the building, you're considering moving to, comply with the current building code?
   You may be up for the upgrade costs if the landlord doesn't contribute.
-  Who will be managing your shift?  Can you afford to have that person away from their
    regular duties during the duration?
Rationalise the number of offices that you really need - partitioning and service
   alterations all add to the cost.
