Parkview Tower

Multiple building owner,Parkview Tower Properties Limited , wanted to relocate and accommodate two existing tenants, in Park View Towers, onto one floor.  In the past they used to do the design work themselves but wanted professional interior design advice for this project to keep up with the latest design trends.

This was a great opportunity to upgrade and modernise the space but more importantly, meet the needs of both parties who liked the location and wanted to improve their business presence in the district.

Having previously worked in the building, we were asked by the owner to design the space and liaise with both professional practices who would share the floor.  Our design scope included spatial planning, preparing working drawings, documentation & budgets, organising and over viewing the fit-out trades and liaising with council.
