Trustee, Custodian and Financial Administration services provider, Trustees Executors, were required to vacate their existing premises, as their lease was due to expire and the landlord needed consecutive floors for another tenant.  To assist, AMP provided them with alternative office locations to consider, in other buildings that they owned.

Finding the time to evaluate new space for their office premises and relocating 25 staff into a new office building was a time consuming task for Trustees Executors.  And as we had worked with them previously on several office alterations, we were invited to assist with the spatial assessment and selection of their preferred office space, and help manage the design, fit-out and office relocation.
