Property owners ING, were looking for a long term tenant.  NZ owned Home & Leisure, importers of outdoor and interior furniture, had outgrown their warehouse space. Not wanting to have multiple facilities drove the decision to shift their whole operation across the road.

ING were prepared to upgrade both the exterior and interior of the building.  We were appointed to provide a concept layout and specification and once lease negotiations were completed, design and detail the project. The refurbishment included totally refitting and extending 2 office floors to suit Home & Leisure's requirements.

CEO, John Bishop, said we were in a design desert and dreaded the process.  We wanted to created an innovative design but didn't know how to go about it."
